All services provided by 999Hosting may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any local Country, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 999Hosting and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
The following content will not be tolerated on any hosting accounts subscribed.
1. Any copyrighted Audio or Video Files, If they are legitimate files then they must be in a RealMedia format and at a reasonable bitrate.
2. Any content that is considered to be offensive. This includes but is not limited to pornography and sex-related merchandising.

. No CGI based Forums/BBS (PHP Only)
4. No Software, unless created by the client.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to 999Hosting servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Hacker programs or archives
- Warez sites
999Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
If at any time your account or accounts under a reseller account becomes a threat to the server or the network by using to many resources, which then causes discomfort to the other accounts being hosted on the same server, then we reserve the right to request that a limit be placed on the account and any transfer overage be paid for, or that the reseller or account be moved to a dedicated server package.
E-mail
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, from 999Hosting server or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on 999Hosting machine as reference is strictly prohibited. 999Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. 999Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.
MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)
MLM websites are strictly forbidden on any 999Hosting servers. These sites generally are scams and use our SMTP services for SPAM. 999Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Resellers
If you are or become a reseller of our Services you will continue to be bound by these terms and conditions, you will be responsible for ensuring that your customers are bound by terms and conditions that adequately reflect and give effect to these.
You shall not incur or purport to incur on our behalf any liability nor in any way pledge or purport to pledge our credit or to make any contract binding on us.
No default by your customers shall in any way affect, modify or limit your obligations under this Agreement.
We authorize you to sell our services under your own brand for the direct use of your clients only. You may not permit your clients to resell the services you provide
System And Network Security
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of 999Hosting is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Limitation Of Liability
999Hosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from 999Hosting servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, 999Hosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of 999Hosting servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Violations of these Acceptable Users Policies should be referred to support@999hosting.net.
All complaints will be investigated promptly.
Failure to follow any term or condition may be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Disclaimer
999Hosting cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by 999Hosting are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by 999Hosting are not directly owned or written by 999Hosting. 999Hosting holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as 999Hosting sees fit.
Account Activation
By activating your account with 999Hosting, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines, and disclaimer and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained within your account information.
If you sign up for an account and do not follow our terms, no refunds will be given.
999Hosting retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
